Welcome to the industrious world of Beimco FRP Products, a name that is pioneering success in the manufacturing of top quality fiber glass electrical line man equipment’s. We give importance to what we do so our work represents and encapsulates the values and beliefs of each team member and professional, who are integral parts of our organization. We are involved in the production of superior quality FRP products and FRP ladders. Today, we are also reckoned as one of the leading FRP cross arm manufacturers and suppliers in India.
Founder Profile:
Mr. N.A. Mehta, managing director of our company rose to prominence from a humble beginning and gradually established Bharat Electro Instrument Mfg. Co. in the year 1983 at Nadiad, Gujarat, India. He has consistently brought out concepts in safety engineering that has become a standard in modern earthing technology.

Ever since its inception in the year 1983/1989, the company has been consistently leveraging its experience and expertise to provide effective customer solution. The role of honorable Mr. Sumit Meht, CEO of our company in this regard has been sensational as he is a man with enormous administrative abilities and possess analytical bent of mind. It is under his dynamic leadership that we have been consistently growing in reputation and size. We are also an ISO 9001-2000 certified company and we are honored with different national & international awards for our R&D in the field of electricity.
At present we have four Automatic hydraulic pultrusion machines to manufacture FRP profiles and FRP products. Our main products are as follows:
Advantages of using our products:
We supply our products to various electricity Boards/NTPC/ONGC/Private power projects etc. Our products are well known in India and abroad, and has earned good name for its quality and performance. We have automatic pultrusion plant of 200 kv high voltage testing equipment, tensile testing equipment, bending test equipment’s etc. that help us to develop quality end products. We are also the first company in India to develop this products and all the products are tested in govt. approved lab i.e. CPRI-Bangalore & ERDA Baroda. More importantly our products are approved by major electricity boards. Ultimately we aim to fulfill the needs of our clients in the best possible way we can and there is complete assurance of quality of the products that we deal in and with one intent i.e. customer satisfaction we look forward to expand our business globally.

Design Guideline:
- 20 years experience (pioneer in this field)
- IEC 479 (1974) CPRI type tests dry & wet) (1991,92,95 & 98)
- 630 kv tested as per IEC standard 60060 tested at CPRI Bangalore .
- Dry & wet tests and lighting and impulse voltage withstand test.
- Live line demonstration at more than 100 locations on 110 kv. /220 kv system.

Our products include FRP telescopic operating rod, FRP telescopic earth-discharge rod, FRP pultruded cross arm, ladders etc. We are also actively involved in the manufacturing of other products like silicon composite drop-out fuse / silicon composite a.b. switch / silicon insulators etc. Our products are extensively used in electricity boards and different private and public power sectors. Beimco Polymeric Insulators manufactured from highest quality of silicon material. We sourced silicon rubber from world's best & largest silicon manufacturer. Beimco has Automatic pultrusion plant to manufacture glass epoxy rod, and metal and fittings sourced as per international quality standard.
Process of Composite Insulators:
BEIMCO Silicon composite insulators are manufactured by using various kind of essential components viz. glass core rod, silicon shed, metal fitting and sealant etc.
Glass Epoxy Rods:
The best advantage of BEIMCO has inhouse capability to manufacture superior quality of acid resistance glass epoxy rod. which are manufactured from boron free E class glass rowings. BEIMCO has five production line of fully automatic pultrusion machine. So we have control over the quality & availability without depending on other manufacture.
Silicon Shed:
BEIMCO Insulators manufactured from world best injection moulding machine. This entire insulator is moulded in one piece under very high pressure which ensure superior quality of insulators in every espects.
Metal End Fitting:
Metal fittings are manufactured from hot dip galvanized cast Iron or Steel. Insulators can be supplied with various type of clamps. Les. clevis, ovel eye, ball and socket fittings with relevant international standard. This hardware is swaged onto the core under extremely high pressure applied simultaneously from eight directions by world best crimping machine.
Sealant:
BEIMCO insulators are sealed with imported weather resistant sealant at the junction of the shed with metal end fittings, which prevent moisture atthe interface, even during pressure washing ofthe Insulators.
